Dear Members of the DIS,
Your Board of Directors continued to be very active over the summer. With the Berlin Dispute Resolutions Days, the Lunch DIScussions, DISputes and Sport, we initiated new events that we hope to establish over the coming years in a similar manner such as the two large half-yearly DIS conferences. We look forward to welcoming many of you at these events!
Next to the running of the day-to-day business and the implementation of new processes, the work of the Board was focused on the search of a new management for the DIS Secretariat. From numerous applications, several candidates were selected for interviews. The remaining candidates are now continuing the selection process which includes amongst others an assessment centre with the involvement of external executive consultants. We are confident to introduce the next Secretary General to you shortly.
