In cooperation with publishing house C. H. Beck, DIS will again organise the Petersberg Arbitration Days in 2025. This year’s focus will be "Climate Change and Renewable Energies".
The energy transition brings with it enormous opportunities, but also significant conflicts. From regulatory uncertainties to the suitability of arbitration and alternative dispute resolution approaches, the challenges are many.
Three panels will discuss the legal and practical peculiarities of the industry, examine new perspectives and show how conflicts in the renewable energy sector can be resolved in a sustainable way. A keynote speech on climate communication will round off the event.
