Dear members, colleagues and friends,
The year has just begun and we already have some exciting news to report: The first German case has been published in the UNCITRAL's CLOUT database, available in all official UN languages - a milestone indeed! Also, our new DIS Sports Regulations have entered into force on 1 January 2025. A big thank you to all involved, especially the dedicated members of our Working Group. We look forward to seeing these new rules in action!
We have also continued our discussions with leading experts to present the DIS Supplementary Rules on Third Party Notice with a stop in the Nordics during the Swedish Arbitration Days. And there are other important events on the horizon: DIS events in Vienna and Paris, a kick-off meeting for the DIS Industry Group Technology in Frankfurt and the Pre-Moots, which are already in full swing! I would like to draw your attention to the DIS Pre-Moot in Bonn on 28/29 March 2025. For the second year in a row, we are looking for arbitration practitioners and enthusiasts to join us as arbitrators.
