On the brisk morning of January 24th, we were glad to host an engaging session on the new DIS Supplementary Rules for Third-Party Notices, held as a side event during the Swedish Arbitration Days in Stockholm. It was great to see so many familiar and new faces joining us, especially after the spectacular gala dinner the night before.
The discussion was enriched by the diverse experiences and viewpoints of arbitration professionals from the Nordics, who shared their understanding of the new rules and their potential effects on arbitration proceedings.
A big thank you to everyone who joined the session and contributed to the discourse. It is moments like these that make the arbitration community so unique. A huge thank you also to CMS Wistrand for hosting the event and treating us to a delightful breakfast - it made the early start even more enjoyable.
