The Berlin Dispute Resolution Days, which were launched in 2022, intend to underline the importance and relevance of dispute resolution made in Germany again this year. Its centrepiece is the DIS Autumn Conference, traditionally held in English in Berlin, is complemented by the DIS40 Autumn Conference and side events organized by DIS Industry Groups, DIS Arbitration Groups, Humboldt University, law firms and others.
Already the number of events offered during the Berlin Dispute Resolution Days is higher than last year and with GAR Live: Berlin 2023, another major event was won.
The Berlin Dispute Resolution Days bring together national and international practitioners, inhouse lawyers, academics, judges, government officials and representatives of other relevant stakeholders. The lectures and discussions held during the Berlin Dispute Resolution Days give new impulses and offer an excellent networking opportunity with leading arbitration experts from Germany and abroad.
