Ramona Schardt and Arun Chawla, Director General of the ICA, signed a cooperation agreement on Tuesday, 10 September 2024, during the DIS Autumn Conference in Berlin.
This agreement aims to strengthen cooperation in the promotion of international arbitration and dispute resolution. It will also facilitate the organisation of conferences, seminars and workshops and promote stronger links between arbitration professionals in India and Germany.
We see great value in bringing together the leading Indian and German arbitration institutions and look forward to strengthening the exchange and cooperation between our arbitration communities.
