The objective of the event held during the Berlin Dispute Resolution Days on 11 September 2024 in the Spanish Embassy in Berlin was to foster the exchange between arbitration practitioners from Germany and Spain/Latin America.
This was achieved by lively high-level discussions not only between the panellists but also with the audience. A panel discussion entitled "Arbitral Institution and Arbitral Association. Two in One or One and One Separately?" was followed by a second panel dedicated to an intercultural dialogue on international arbitration. The third panel discussion concerned third party participation in arbitration.
