We are very pleased to announce the launch of a new industry group of the DIS: the DIS Technology Group.
Responding to the global increase and relevance of technology disputes, the DIS Technology Group brings together in-house lawyers from high tech industries and arbitration lawyers active in the technology sector to discuss how to resolve technology disputes efficiently and effectively through arbitration. The Group seeks to cover technology-driven disputes from sectors such as automotive, biotechnology, IT, aviation. etc., to further the arbitration community’s understanding of the digital economy, including in particular decentralized finance, and to address the specific dispute resolution needs of tech startups.
The DIS Technology Group will be coordinated by Kathrin Asschenfeldt (BAUMANN Resolving Disputes) and David Tebel (rothorn legal). Interested practitioners are warmly invited to join the group by contacting the coordinators.
