On 11 September 2024, the Embassy of Spain in Berlin will host for the second time an arbitration event organized by the joint working group of Germany’s and Spain’s leading arbitration institutions CEIA, CIAM, and DIS.
Eminent experts in the field of international arbitration practicing in Germany and/or Spain will focus on a comparison of the respective arbitration systems and the legal framework within which they operate from the institutional or practitioner perspective. Additionally, approaches to dealing with third party participation in arbitration and their specificities in either country will be discussed as the ‘hot topic’. The setting commands a ‘vino español’ for networking.
This event will take place as part of the Berlin Dispute Resolution Days.
