Please join us for our next event on 19 June 2024 on the topic of "England vs Germany – Arbitration law reforms in 2024", kindly hosted by WilmerHale.

And yes, we are aware that it's the Euros and that you might not want to skip the Germany vs Hungary game that afternoon. So here's our "settlement proposal":

  1. "First half" – join us to watch the second half of the football from 6pm (optional)
  2. "Second half" – panel discussion on the arbitration law reforms in England and Germany starting at 7pm – details below
  3. "Third half" – aperitif (drinks and snacks) and networking

We are excited to be joined by our speakers Emilie Gonin, a barrister at Brick Court Chambers, and Markus Altenkirch, a partner at Baker McKenzie in Frankfurt and London, who will be discussing the proposed reforms in their respective jurisdictions. The discussion will be moderated by Trisha Mitra-Veber, a senior associate at Reed Smith.
