On the eve of the Foreign Direct Investment Moot Court, which will bring many of the leading experts on investment protection to Berlin, the German Arbitration Institute (DIS), Humboldt University, and the DIHK have joined forces to take a fresh look at some of the most pressing and controversial issues in foreign direct investment.
