Arbitration experience

As arbitrator: a total of 26 almost exclusively international proceedings as chairman, sole arbitrator and assessor (DIS, ICC, SIAC, HKIAC, DIA and ad hoc/UNCITRAL). As party representative: a total of 10 proceedings (mainly ICC and DIS). Topics: Post M&A, supply contracts, UN sales law, joint ventures, distribution, plant construction, space, corporate. Arbitration language: mainly English, Spanish and German.
