On 4 October 2022, an online event jointly organised by the DIS, the Hamburg Arbitration Circle and the Polish Arbitration Association took place in the Hamburg Arbitration Talks series. This was the follow-up event to a seminar at which Polish arbitration experts had reported on current developments in Poland in spring. This time, Prof. Dr. Stefan Kröll, LL.M. was the speaker. He spoke to more than 50 participants on the topic of "Institutional Arbitration in Germany - (Past), Present and Future". This was followed by a lively discussion. Both the DIS and the HAC are increasingly engaged in exchanges with arbitration communities in Germany’s neighbouring countries.
