What is your role at the DIS?

I am a Case Administrator and part of the Case Management Team. My role is to support the administration of arbitral proceedings according to the DIS Arbitration Rules and work together with the Counsel in communicating with the parties and administration of respite and file management.

What path led you to the DIS?

I was looking for a new challenge and path in my career. As part of my business law studies, I attended some courses on mediation and alternative dispute resolutions and I worked as paralegal before studying – after seeing the advertisement I thought it fits and I can learn more about this field of law.

What do you particularly appreciate about your work?

I appreciate particularly the colleagues, who were welcoming and supportive since my first day.

What motivates you?

I am motivated to improve and expand my knowledge and gaining experiences in the wide field of arbitration.

How would you describe the DIS in three key words?

Precise, Confidentiality, Dedicated

Tell us a fun fact we should know about you?

I have a degree in wedding planning through distance education because I had to much free time during the corona pandemic.
