We are proud to have hosted the first international arbitration event in Tallinn! On the eve of Tallinn Arbitration Day, we brought together top experts and practitioners for insightful discussions on "Arbitration in Germany" and explored "Current Trends in Post-M&A Arbitration."

With nearly 50 participants, the strong turnout highlights the growing interest in the DIS and our services!

Here’s why DIS is the top choice for cross-border post-M&A dispute resolution:

  • Efficiency: Our rules focus on swift, cost-effective resolutions - critical in the fast-paced M&A world.
  • Confidentiality: DIS arbitration guarantees the confidentiality needed for sensitive post-M&A matters.
  • International Case Management: Our diverse team, representing six nationalities and fluent in 11 languages, ensures seamless coordination in complex cases.
  • Flexibility: DIS Arbitration Rules are adaptable, allowing parties to customize the process - whether it’s the seat, language, or applicable law.
  • Expert Arbitrators: We offer a globally recognized pool of arbitrators with deep expertise in commercial, corporate, and M&A law.

A big thank you to everyone who contributed to the success of this event! We look forward to keeping these discussions going and to support the growth of arbitration in Estonia and beyond.
