“Claims and threats against arbitrators are increasing in frequency. The College of Commercial Arbitrators is exploring the subject of insurance for arbitrators. This survey seeks to learn, inter alia, the extent to which arbitrators now carry insurance, what kind of coverage they have, which companies provide insurance, geographic scope, and views on protections for arbitrators. The organiser would appreciate your assistance in completing this short survey which will not take more than 5-8 minutes. No need to research your insurance coverage. Just complete it to the best of your recollection. And if you don't know, just check off that response.”
