On 3 April 2024, we reached a milestone: 1,000 proceedings have been conducted since 1 January 2018, the year in which the revised 2018 DIS Arbitration Rules came into force! Prior to 2018, we used to assign new file numbers each year, starting with number 1. Since 2018, we have implemented consecutive numbering, marking a significant step in our organizational development.

This change was associated with the transition from managing physical "Leitz" folders to electronic files. On 1 June 2018, we introduced the enaio software, which enabled the DIS to manage proceedings almost paperlessly. This was a crucial step towards the digitization of the DIS. Last year, with the launch of the DIS eFile, collaboration and file share platform, we expanded our digital solutions further. We strive to stay at the forefront of technological advancements, such as AI, while always leveraging our over 100 years of market experience.

On to the next 1000 proceedings!
