Arbitration experience

Fabian Bonke represents clients in project disputes arising from infrastructure, energy and technology projects. He has particular expertise in the representation in front of arbitral tribunals (DIS, ICC, SIAC, BCDR, ad hoc), state courts and Dispute Adjudication Boards (DAB). The project disputes, in particular related to offshore wind farms, energy-from waste plants, water treatment plants, oil & gas projects (incl. LNG terminals), tunnels and roads, as well as rail vehicle construction. His focus is on Europe and the Middle East. He has gained particular expertise in EPC contracts, O&M contracts and FIDIC Conditions of Contracts. He also advises on disputes in the technology sector, for example in software and IT outsourcing projects. Selection of cases: ICC arbitration proceedings (Advising an energy supplier in a dispute with a general contractor for a major power plant in France; advising a manufacturer of energy-from-waste power plants in Eastern Europe) | DIS-Rules arbitration proceedings (Advising an operating company of an energy-from-waste power plant in Germany) | DAB proceedings (Advising a manufacturer of wind turbines in the North Sea)
