The São Paulo Arbitration Week (SPAW) is a collaborative event conceived as an organized calendar for law firms, universities, associations and institutions to promote events in a productive environment in benefit of the development of ADRs. The DIS will participate in Sao Paulo Arbitration Week. Its chairman Stefan Kröll will represent the DIS at the bi-annual Congress of the International Federation of Commercial Arbitration Institutions (IFCAI) which is organized this year in the context of the SPAW by CAM-CCBC. He will be part of the panel looking at “Methodologies of restoring the economic and financial equilibrium of contracts.
