The use of modern technology has an ever-increasing impact on arbitration proceedings. Against this background, the DIS set up its practice group Technology in Arbitration as parts of the Rules Clinic project. The practice group has meanwhile submitted its final report (which is available on the DIS website) and would like to discuss its findings and suggestions with the DIS community. This will include ideas and thoughts to improve
- Remote and hybrid hearings,
- Electronic platforms such as DIS eFile,
- The use of AI in arbitration.
