DIS/DIS40 Mentoring Programme: Feedback, Error Culture and Return on Experience – (How) Do Lawyers Get Better?

DIS-Event

Organizer: DIS/DIS40

DIS, DIS40 and the mentoring programme co-organizers Antonia Füller and Luca Weskott are delighted to invite you to this year’s DIS & DIS40 mentoring programme kick-off event on Wednesday, 11 September 2024.

Join us for an evening of insightful discussions and networking, featuring a panel on “Feedback, Error Culture and Return on Experience – (How) Do Lawyers Get Better?” Abhilasha Vij, LL.M. (Stanford) (Associate at A&O Shearman), Dr. Nicolas Rücker (Head of Legal at FREENOW) and Carolin Schwarz (Organisational Development Consultant & Executive Coach). The panel will be moderated by Sophie Eichhorn (Deputy Press Spokesperson at Friedrich Naumann Foundation).

Following this panel, there will be drinks and finger food kindly sponsored by Osborne Clark. This will be an excellent opportunity to connect with peers, discuss the latest trends in arbitration and enjoy the Berlin Dispute Resolution Days.
