On the occasion of the XIV Belgrade Arbitration Conference and the XVI Belgrade Open Pre-Moot, the Under 40 SAA, the DIS and the DIS40 cordially invite you to a panel discussion focused on standards and trends of collaborating with and cross-examining fact and expert witness in international arbitration.

Step backstage into one of Belgrade's historical theaters and be part of an engaging exchange of insights and experiences between practitioners from different jurisdictions.

The podium discussion will be followed by a cocktail where you can mingle with fellow professionals and forge valuable connections across borders and jurisdictions.

The DIS (German Arbitration Institute) is Germany’s leading arbitration institution since 1920. The DIS40 is the below40 group of the DIS with over 2,500 members from Germany and abroad.

The Under 40 SAA is the below40 section of the Serbian Arbitration Association.
