In a casual conversation, the three secretaries general Ramona Schardt (DIS), Mariel Dimsey (HKIAC) and Korinna von Trotha (Swiss Arbitration Centre) will take a look behind the scenes of the three arbitral institutions and discuss how arbitration proceedings can be conducted efficiently.
