The Dispute Resolution Comparison Tool (DiReCT) can help you choose the most appropriate method of dispute resolution for your dispute. The tool was developed by the independent working group "Round Table Mediation & Conflict Management of German Economy" (RTMKM).
The RTMKM working group is an association of companies with the aim of promoting the understanding, acceptance and use of alternative dispute resolution methods. As a user-driven initiative, the RTMKM is a consultant-free forum for company representatives who are looking to exchange their experience on topics related to dispute management.
The DiReCT tool provides suggestions for choosing a suitable alternative dispute resolution method. By answering just a few questions regarding the dispute in question, the tool assesses the suitability of the different dispute resolution methods and explains their advantages and disadvantages.
The RTMKM working group is exclusively responsible for the content of the tool.
