Arbitration experience

Annet has a solid track record as counsel and arbitrator in over 100 international arbitrations conducted under various major sets of rules, including DIS, as well as in ad hoc proceedings. These proceedings were governed by various procedural and substantive laws, including German law, and related to a wide variety of sectors and fields, including construction & energy, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, technology and communication, joint-ventures, and mergers & acquisitions.
