Long standing experience as party representative (DIS, ICC, Warenverein Hamburger Börse), Chairman (2x DIS, 3x Ad-hoc) and party appointed arbitrator (3x DIS, 1x DIS-Fast-Track, 1x Ad-hoc) in national and international arbitration proceedings, in particular distribution and commercial disputes, disputes under company law and disputes arising from share purchase agreements.
