Arbitration experience
As a party representative and arbitrator. Patricia Nacimiento has conducted over 95 arbitration proceedings under the rules of numerous arbitration institutions - such as ICC, ICSID, CIETAC, DIS LCIA, ICDR, Swiss Chamber of Commerce, Indian Council of Arbitration, Stockholm Chamber of Commerce and the Danish Institution of Arbitration as well as ad hoc proceedings. She led approx. 25 arbitrations as chairperson, sole arbitrator or party appointed arbitrator and was appointed by the German government to the ICSID list of arbitrators.
