Arbitration experience

President, co-arbitrator and sole arbitrator in ad hoc and in institutional proceedings under DIS, ICC and LCIA Rules, both party and institution-appointed. Over 35 years' continuous experience as counsel in international arbitrations concerning capital projects, corporate transactions, international contracts, joint ventures and development agreements, government projects and investment law. Experience of projects and arbitrations in four continents with seats from Singapore through Cairo and most EU arbitration capitals to New York and Washington DC. Member of DIS Advisory Council and of the 2018 DIS-Rules Drafting Committee.
