Arbitration experience

Lars specialises in dispute resolution, litigation and in arbitration. He assists companies and individuals in navigating complex disputes before German courts and in arbitration proceedings. Lars has extensive experience in disputes relating to shareholders (or between a company and its shareholders) as well as to all matters of personal liability of members of the management board, supervisory board and advisory board (including D&O claims). Another focus of Lars’ practice is legal advice regarding any conflicts that may arise from corporate transactions (post M&A and post private equity disputes).
