Arbitration experience

1) Party representative in two arbitration proceedings before the Singapore International Arbitration Center (SIAC; ARB036/14/ALO and ARB090/16/JJ) in Singapore (dispute of a joint venture); 2) Advising the seller's 50% shareholder in arbitration proceedings under the DIS rules for breach of warranty under a company purchase agreement (DIS-SV-TK-443/14); 3) Drafting and negotiating numerous arbitration clauses in M&A and commercial agreements;
