Webinar on the Draft Bill for the Modernisation of Arbitration Law

DIS-Event

26. Feb 2024

Veranstalter: DIS

The Federal Ministry of Justice has presented a Draft Bill for the Modernisation of Arbitration Law (available here in German and here in English translation by the Ministry), on which the DIS will submit a statement. It is important for us to involve your expertise and to know to what extent you support the planned regulations. Therefore, we invite you to send us your assessment of the draft bill by 20 February 2024 via the form available here.

To make it easier for you to gain an overview of the changes, we are providing you with a reading version of Book 10 of the German Code of Civil Procedure with the proposed changes (available here in English).

We would like to discuss with you those proposals that have proved most controversial in this English-language webinar with our international members. A German-language webinar will be held on 22 February 2024 from 9.00 to 11.00 a.m. (CET).
