Schiedsgerichtliche Erfahrung
Repeated appointments as chair, co-arbitrator and sole arbitrator, Swiss co-counsel (Swiss Rules, ICC, DIS, LCIA, ad hoc). Regularly acting as expert on Swiss and German law. Subject matter of proceedings: sales and supply contracts, construction, plant and equipment, distribution, joint ventures, commercial contracts.
