With its trailblazing rules on arbitration, conciliation and mediation, among others, the DIS continues to contribute significantly to the further development of alternative dispute resolution in Germany and internationally. The DIS supports the further education and training of young graduates in the field of alternative dispute resolution. Within the framework of your legal training, you can apply for a position as a trainee or as a legal trainee. We also offer the opportunity to complete your elective training periods with us as part of your compulsory legal training (Referendariat).
